Dug In Farms Pen and Ink Class
Fri, June 8th -- 10am to 4pm
Doug, the dog, always looks to show off his artistic flair. So later this month, he's opening up the farm stand to hold a painting class - and you're invited!
This is a beginner's introduction to the world of pen and ink (all levels welcome to join). We will discuss the basic patterns and techniques used to discover and create patterns in nature.
$60 - Ages 12 and Over Only

"The Fibonacci Sequence and Other Natural Patterns"
This will be an outdoor class at the farm so dress appropriately. Drinks, shade and facilities will be provided. This is a 6-hour course so please bring lunch and/or snacks.
In case of inclement weather, the course will be rescheduled.
The farm is located at 155 Fleets Bay Road, just off Route 3 between Kilmarnock and White Stone, Virginia
Materials you will need are suggested below. These brands are simply recommendations, please use what you are comfortable with. Many of these items can be found at Michael's or Amazon.
1. Paper or Sketchbook: Strathmore
2. Pens: Micron pens are preferred (.01 - 1)
3. Pencils: Faber-Castell is a wonderful brand
4. Eraser: Kneaded erasers
