I haven't tried this recipe, however, I'm accepting ANY and ALL invitations to dinner ~ purely research, and the yellowfin tuna! The flavors sounds delightful together, sweet and tangy, a touch spicy with the greens. Yum! Let me know if you splurge and how you like it.
What you need:
1/4 pound sashimi grade yellowfin tuna, sliced
2 c. yellow watermelon, sliced or cubed
1/2 pound fresh mozzarella
1 cup Asian greens
Extra-virgin olive oil
Arrange a bed of Asian greens, add sliced watermelon and fresh mozzarella over greens. Layer thinly slice the tuna, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Courtesy of Emeril Lagasse
